1. General Agreement

By booking or attending any class, session, or event at Aera Studio, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated via our website or news.

2. Health & Safety

• Medical Clearance: Clients must consult with a medical professional before commencing any exercise program. Participation is at your own risk.

• Disclosure: Inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant prior to class commencement.

• Attire: Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety.

• Late Arrival: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be denied entry to prevent class disruption and ensure safety.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Advance Booking: All classes must be booked in advance through our online system or at the front desk.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards in AED or other currency.

• VAT: All prices include 5% UAE VAT.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

• Private Sessions: Require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited.

5. Memberships & Packages

• Validity: All packages have a specified validity period. Unused sessions will expire after this period and will not be carried over for next period.

• Freezes: Members may request a freeze of their package for up to 2 weeks per calendar year, subject to approval.

• Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Studio Etiquette

• Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and fellow clients. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership, without refund.

• Personal Belongings: Aera Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Mobile Devices: Please silence mobile phones during classes to maintain a focused environment.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and agree to release Aera Studio LLC FZ, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during sessions.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal Information: We collect and store personal data to manage bookings and provide services.

• Usage: Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• Marketing: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive updates and promotions from Aera Studio. You may opt-out at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
